Pop Warner youth football practice for the upcoming season of play in the Peace River Conference began this week all across Southwest Florida. Eddie Buggs, 11, who plays with the Cape Coral Youth Storms’ Thunder runs a pass pattern at Thursday night’s practice at the Storms Complex on Chiquita Boulevard.
