Felician College in Lodi, N.J., recently signed five high school volleyball recruits from five different states to national letters of intent, including Susan McKeever of North Fort Myers High School.

McKeever helped lead the Red Knights to the district championship and a regional runner-up finish as a senior this past season. McKeever, a 5-foot-5 setter and libero, was named the team’s MVP for her play.

McKeever also played club volleyball for USA South as well as basketball for the Red Knights, also winning basketball MVP honors.

She intends to study the pre-occupational therapy program at Felician.

Her newest freshman teammates include Olivia Emerson from Sparks, Nev., Kayla Gallagher of Bloomingburg, N.Y., Megan Mahan of Bayonne, N.J., and Sarah Shebel of Chandler, Ariz.

Felician competes in NCAA Division II and the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference.
