The Florida Everblades will play two preseason exhibition games at Germain Arena against the expansion Chicago Express, team officials revealed Tuesday.

The Express collide with the Everblades on Oct. 7 and 8 at Germain Arena. The puck drops at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and 7:05 p.m. Saturday.

All current season-ticket holders will receive free tickets to both preseason games as part of their ticket package.

The Blades, embarking on their 14th season, and Express will meet five times during the ECHL regular season, with three of those games to be played at Germain Arena. The Everblades also make their regular-season debut on home ice against the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 14.
