Baker went 5-1 in pool play Thursday through Saturday, before falling to Riverdale. Charlotte defeated Gulf Coast in the championship game. The Best of the West Basketball Academy, for ages 9-14, begins Monday at Baker. It runs through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day.
