The Ida Baker girls’ soccer team has enjoyed a successful season, so far, recording an 11-3-3 record.

The Bulldogs, though, had another goal when they began the year. The team wanted to come up with a way to support the community.

The Bulldogs have decided to hold their First Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Game on Jan. 6. They host Lehigh at 6:30 p.m.

The players will wear pink jerseys during the game, and all of the gate proceeds will be given to the Cancer Foundation.

“The girls really wanted to do something for the community,” Baker coach Dave Trepkowski said. “The goal is to make this an annual event.”
