Miracle defeat Tigers 6-3

Steve Singleton went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and the Fort Myers Miracle defeated the Lakeland Tigers 6-3 Thursday night at Hammond Stadium.
With the score tied 2-2, the Miracle pulled ahead with a three-run fourth inning. Danny Lehmann came through with an RBI single. Eli Tintor scored on a wild pitch and Lehmann scored on a wild pitch.
The Miracle scored their final run in the eighth on a sacrifice fly by Rene Tosoni.
Cole Devries (10-9) struck out eight and allowed one earned run in five innings.
The Miracle begins the final series of the regular season Friday night against Tampa. They open a best-of-three playoff series Tuesday night at Dunedin.
