Overall experience is the key
To the editor:
In the District 77 Florida House Representative race between Chris Berardi and Dane Eagle, we have a choice between two fine young men. Both are stated conservatives, both attend church, and both speak their positions well.
However, as the current House Rep, Gary Aubuchon, speaks so intelligently in his campaign for the U.S. House seat for our district, it is critically important that our representative have significant, real world experience in the political realm of the public sector as well as in the leadership and management area of the private sector. Who better to lay out the reasons for the candidacy of Mr. Berardi than the current House Rep?
Mr. Berardi is the only candidate to hold public office, having served on the Cape’s City Council. He is the only candidate to have true management and leadership experience in the private sector as a district manager for a large corporation responsible for the profitable operations and the employees of that organization in his territory. Truthfully, he is the only one who has actually lived in our area full time for the last eight years and has the in depth understanding of the current issues through his business involvement and volunteer efforts throughout the community. So, the decision becomes one based upon actual accomplished experiences which would be used in the pursuit of the successful representation for all of the residents of our area.
If you believe this to be critically important, as the current House Rep states it is, then only Mr. Berardi has the credentials to truly pursue with reason his campaign initiatives. Vote for Berardi for District 77.
