Cherry B. Hall
Cherry B. Hall, 69, who was born to Lillian and Frank Bloom June 14, 1942, in Alexandria, Va, was a completely devoted wife, unconditionally loving mother and grandmother, and a devoted Christian. She passed away June 21, 2011, after a long illness and a hard fought struggle to try and overcome it.
She is survived by her equally devoted and loving husband, Daryl; her son, David; daughter Susan, greatly loved granddaughter Payton Lee, son-in-law Jon, daughter-in-law, Kaerrie; an extended family of nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, mother-in-law and a close knit group of long-standing and devoted friends that are considered family.
There is emptiness without her. We mourn her passing with the deepest grief and a flow of tears that seems unending.
American author Washington Irving wrote: “There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness but of power. They are messengers of overwhelming grief and of unspeakable love.”
A memorial service will be held at First Christian Church Cape Coral, 2620 Country Club Boulevard, on July 2 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Hope Hospice, in her memory, will be appreciated.
