LeRoy Edward Gallas

LeRoy Edward Gallas, 85, of North Fort Myers died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008.

He was born April 28, 1923, in Chicago, a son of Anthony and Anna Gallas, now deceased. He was retired from the advertising industry. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II. He was a devoted husband and family man. He was always ready and willing to help anyone at anytime.

He was a member of the New Testament Baptist Church of Cape Coral. He had resided here since 1969, coming from the Chicago area.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Evelyn Gallas of North Fort Myers; three children; a step-daughter, Phyllis (Charles) Witty of Cape Coral; a granddaughter, Traci Barker; and two great-grandchildren, Andrew and Jessica.

Private funeral services and entombment will be handled by Coral Ridge Funeral Home.
