Helen T. Barbagallo

Helen T. Barbagallo, 83, of Cape Coral, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008. She was born Aug. 1, 1925, in Jersey City, N.J., to John A. and Mary E. Brower, now deceased.

She married the love of her life, Edward Troell, in 1945 and the two shared 30 years together prior to his death in 1975. Formally of Davidsonville, Md., she had been a resident of Cape Coral since 1974.

Retired, she was a former paralegal with Florida Rural Legal Services for many years. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Loyalty Chapter 309 and the VFW Post 8463 Auxiliary.

Survivors include her daughter, Linda Maxwell of Cape Coral; sister, Elizabeth Perry of Easton, Md.; numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

In addition to her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by her second loving husband, Regis Barbagallo, and brother, Edward Wagner.
