Howard J. Stone

Howard J. Stone, 55, of Fort Myers, passed away Monday, Oct. 6, 2008. He was born April 30, 1953, in Brooklyn, N.Y.

He was a cabinet maker by trade. His greatest passion in life was his daughters, he also was an animal lover. He enjoyed comedy especially going to the many comedy clubs available.

His daughters said he was the greatest father anyone could ever have.

Surviving are his loving daughters, Lindsay (Richard) McCloskey and Jaclyn (Mark Garrett) Stone; and grandson, Marcus, all of Cape Coral.

A memorial service will be conducted today in the chapel of Coral Ridge Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
