Ronald O’Malley
Ronald O’Malley, 73, of Cape Coral, passed away Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008. He was born in Huntington, N.Y., a son of the late George and Adelaide Brundage O’Malley.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War in the Army Tank Corps.
He worked for many years in the labor industry as a management negotiator and was a communicant of St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church. He was an avid outdoorsman, had a great love for golf and was a member of Palmetto Pines Country Club.
He is survived by his brothers, George (Janice) O’Malley of Palmyra, Va., and Ken O’Malley of Clearwater, Fla.; sister, Eileen (Bennett) Orlowski of Riverhead, N.Y.; and fiancee, Dottie Feather of Cape Coral.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Coral Ridge Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church.
