Floyd D. ‘Butch’ Wry
Floyd D. “Butch” Wry, 73, of Cape Coral, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2008. He was born Feb. 10, 1935, in Eldon, Mo.
He served in the United States Marine Corps in the 1950s.
He was married to Barbara in 1986. He belonged to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Cape Coral. He never met a stranger.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his loving wife, Barbara Wry of Cape Coral; children, Gregory (Michele) Wry of Cape Coral and Jeffrey Wry of Kansas City, Kan.; stepchildren, Ricky Corbin of LaBelle, Fla., Brenda Vos of Anacoco, La., Donald (Michelle) Corbin of Vermillion, Kan., Dewain Corbin of Topeka, Kan., and David (Cheryl) Corbin of Winter Haven, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held today at 3 p.m. in Building B at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, at 424 N.W. Nicholas Parkway.
