Michael P. Hudanick

Michael P. Hudanick, 71, of Cape Coral, died Sunday, April 6, 2008. He was born in 1936 in Swoyersville, Pa., to Michael and Helen Hudanick.

He joined the U.S. Army and served 26 years. He married Ann Bluethner of Germany. He moved to Cape Coral in 1983 where he was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Ann of Cape Coral; son, Michael B. Hudanick of Austin, Texas; mother, Helen; brother, Bernard; sisters, Delores, Marion and Barbara, all of Swoyersville, Pa.; numerous nieces and nephews; friends; and his beloved cat, Kitty.

A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Metz Funeral Chapel. Final interment with military honors will be at Arlington National Cemetery.
