Josephine M. ‘Jeri’ Hansen 

Josephine M. “Jeri” Hansen, 95, of Cape Coral died March 14, 2008, at Hope Hospice, Cape Coral. A resident of Cape Coral since 1989, she was born March 24, 1912, in the Bronx, N.Y., a child of Casimir and Petronella Krivanos.

She was employed as a money transfer clerk for Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, and was a member of St. Andrew Church, Cape Coral.

She was the wife of Charles B. “Barney” Hansen, who died in 1975. She was the mother of Dolores A. Zoffen of Cape Coral and Florence L. Roy, who died in 1991, and Robert C. Hansen, who died in 1982.

She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Helen Hansen of Queens, N.Y.; three sisters-in-law, Ruth Hansen, Gloria Campbell and Alice Lagerman; and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Monday, March 24 (on what would have been her 96th birthday) at 1 p.m. in the chapel of St. Andrew Church, Del Prado Boulevard, Cape Coral.
