Debra Kay Rowan

Debra Kay Rowan, 41, of Punta Gorda, formerly of Cape Coral, died suddenly in an automobile accident on March 24, 2008. She was born on Aug. 9, 1966, in San Angelo, Texas, a child of David E. and Anne K. (Perry) Johnson.

Survivors include her daughters, Shelby Rice and Kristin Rowan; her mother and stepfather, Anne K. (Geoff) Cummings; and three sisters, Marion Moser, Susan Johnson and Sheri Emerick.

She was an incredible mother, daughter, sister and friend, her love and laughter will be missed by all.
