Cape Police seek bank robbery suspect

Cape Coral Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Monday at 10:15 a.m. at the 5/3 Bank at 1801 N.E. Pine Island Road.
The robber walked into the bank and handed the teller a note implying that he had a gun, but did not display one. The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money and he fled from the bank on foot.
The suspect is described as a tanned white male in his late 20’s. He is 5’9- 5’10, 160lbs- 170lbs. He was wearing a red shirt, long black shorts and a black knit cap. The cap was a FOX Racing beanie.
