A Ford Expedition was reported stolen Monday from a Cape Coral home.

A woman told police that her black 2000 Ford Expedition was missing from the driveway of her home, located in the 1200 block of Northeast Third Street. The vehicle, valued at about $5,000, bears the Florida tag L089FB.

The vehicle was last seen parked in the driveway at about 11 p.m. Sunday.

According to a police report, the woman was contacted by a neighbor at about 6:30 a.m. who questioned where her vehicle was. She stated that the neighbor knows she would not be out and about that early in the morning.

The woman said the vehicle was unlocked and the keys were inside it.
