Cape police arrest 14 in drug operation
Cape Coral Police Department executed two search warrants Friday morning, Sept. 26, and arrested 14 individuals after a two-month narcotics investigation targeting low-level drug dealers. The majority of the drug transactions during the investigation took place in the southern half of the city.
The department’s VIN Unit conducted the raids with the assistance of the SWAT Team and Street Crimes Unit. The search warrants were served at two locations: 4423 S.W. 8th Place and 4827 Manor Court, # 42.
According to Cape police, those arrested included:
— David Ames, 20, who was charged with sale of marijuana, conspiracy to sell marijuana and use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
— Stephanie Grabbe, 23, who was charged with sale of marijuana, conspiracy to sell marijuana and use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
— Tiffeny Moore, 34, who was charged with trafficking in methadone (two counts), sale of Roxycodone, child neglect and use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony
— Corey Johnson, 20, who was charged with sale of marijuana and use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
— Richard Moher, 27, who was charged with sale of Roxycodone and use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
— John Hansen Jr., 21, who was charged with sale of marijuana, conspiracy to sell marijuana and use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
— Jami Wheeler, 18, who was charged with sale of marijuana and use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
— David Kotoka, 18, sale of marijuana (two counts), use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, evidence destroying and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Charles Kotoka, 58, who was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Aaron Byrd, 34, who was charged with sale of Roxycodone and use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
— Holly Locke, 43, who was charged with sale of Roxycodone
— Noslen Alvarez, 24 who was charged with sale of marijuana, use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
— Ariste Crespo, 43, who was charged with sale of cocaine and use of two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
— Judy Helmandollar, 46, who was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of marijuana over 20 grams.
The Cape Coral Police Department’s VIN Unit currently is searching for several additional individuals who have outstanding charges related to this drug sweep.
