The Southwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Association, which was originally scheduled to meet Sept. 17, will now meet Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 7 p.m., in the Oasis Charter Middle School cafeteria.

The program will feature the remaining candidates for the District 1 Lee County Commission race: incumbent Bob Janes, A.J. Boyd and Carla Brooks Johnston.

After introductory statements, the candidates will answer prewritten questions from the members. Anyone who wishes to ask a question from the candidates is asked to arrive at 6:30 p.m., to write the question.

The meeting is open to the public.
