TAMPA, Fla. (AP) – Authorities say 13 people were injured when a pickup truck crashed into a Hillsborough regional transit bus.

The Florida Highway Patrol reports that 66-year-old Neil Jones ran a red light Monday morning and crashed into the left side of the bus. There were no skid marks.

FHP says Jones, the bus driver and one passenger were seriously injured, and 10 others sustained minor injuries.

Jones was cited for running a red light.
