BOCA RATON (AP) – A South Florida man with at least 190 arrests is facing charges in a carjacking attempt.

Prosecutors in Palm Beach County formally filed charges against Henry Farrell on Tuesday. Boca Raton police say Farrell tried to carjack a man in a coffee shop parking lot in January.

The incident marked Farrell’s 190th arrest.

Prosecutors have charged with 46-year-old man with attempted carjacking and marijuana possession, among other charges.

Farrell has been getting into trouble in South Florida since he was 20, when he was arrested on charges of marijuana and cocaine possession. Relatives say the Boca Raton man suffers from bipolar disorder.
