Pet of the Week #2
Marley (ID# 498211) is a 4-month-old, male, black and white domestic short hair. He is described as playful. Adoption fee: $30 during June Jubilee. Don’t forget you can get a second cat or kitten free.
In celebration of Lee County Animal Control Services grand re-opening, all pet adoptions are half off the regular fee during the month of May. Soon, adopters will have a chance to save a life and some money, too! During June Jubilee prospective pet owners can adopt cats for only $10 or kittens and select large breed dogs for just $30. Cats and kittens are always two for the price of one. Details are available at www.LeeLostPets.com. For information about this week’s pets, call 533-7387 (LEE-PETS). When calling, please refer to the animal’s ID number. The website updates every hour so you will be able to see if these or any other pets are still available.
The shelter is open for adoptions from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The shelter is located at 5600 Banner Drive, Fort Myers, next to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, off Six Mile Cypress Parkway.
All adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, rabies vaccination & county license if 3 months or older, flea treatment, worming, heartworm test for dogs 6 months & over, feline aids & leukemia test for cats, training DVD, 10 day health guarantee, and a bag of Science Diet pet food.
