The Sportsman’s Yacht and Sailing Club Inc., at 1401 S.E. 47th St., has a variety of activities that include: Monday, pot-luck dinner, 6:30 p.m.; third Tuesday of each month, luncheon and card games at noon; Wednesday, ballroom dancing to tapes, social, card games in chart room at 7 p.m. (dance lessons available); Thursday morning bowling league at Friendship Lanes; first and third Thursday of each month, bridge group, noon; first Saturday of each month, ballroom dancing with live music 7 to 10:30 p.m.; Sunday, dinner theater matinees arranged by Land Rover; and other weekly activities.
