Women’s Council of Realtors to hold Leap into Family Fun Day Saturday

The Women’s Council of Realtors for Cape Coral and Fort Myers will be holding a Leap into Family Fun Day Saturday, Feb. 29, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Jaycee Park, 4215 S.E. 20th Place in Cape Coral. The event will feature a corn hole tournament, relay races, face painting and games for the family.

The cost is $10 for ages 12 and up, $5 for ages 5 to 12 with kids under 5 free. Included will be a meal with burgers, hot dogs, sides, chips and soft drinks.

Century 21 teams receive2019 President’s Team Award

In recognition of their outstanding sales production and commitment to quality service, Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently honored the following sales teams with the Century 21 President’s Team Award.

The annual award is bestowed upon those independent Century 21 sales teams that earn the Century 21 Centurion Team award and the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Team award in the same calendar year.

Century 21 Real Estate LLC bestows the Centurion Team Award to those sales teams generating a minimum of $406,000 in sales production or participating in the closing of 104 or more units bought or sold during the calendar year.

To earn the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Team Award, the C21 independent sales team must receive completed customer surveys for at least 50 percent of their consumers surveyed from Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, with an average survey score of at least 95% or better for two consecutive years.

Saksefski named principalof LandQwest Commercial

Chief Marketing Officer Courtney Saksefski was recently named principal of LandQwest Commercial.

Saksefski will spearhead media relations in all LandQwest markets, identify lead generation opportunities, implement revenue-generating strategies and increase brand awareness to bolster business relations.

Recognizing value in non-commissioned roles, senior management inducted Saksefski as the first employee to attain this status.

Vantage Construction Services completes buildout for new dental school

GATES Construction completes Lee Emergency Operations Center remodel

GATES Construction, has completed a multi-phase remodel at the Lee County Emergency Operations Center. The project involves 6,000 square feet of interior renovations to accommodate a larger operating space for the Lee County Emergency Operations team. The project has transformed the existing storage space into two new conference rooms, expanded the overall capacity of the break room, added a security access vestibule in the entryway corridor, renovated the emergency information hotline room and added a 200-square-foot freezer.

Response and recovery is a whole community effort and the Emergency Operations Center is the county’s primary coordination center during disasters. When disaster strikes, the EOC houses over 100 dedicated staff from various agencies and is a key component of Lee County’s preparedness efforts.
