Fair Housing Training will be made available to all of the company’s Florida sales associates.

Demographic trends reflect the growth in diversity and its impact on real estate investments and home ownership.”

Through a groundbreaking partnership with the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC), NRT, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s parent company, has become an industry leader in the development and national implementation of standardized Fair Housing education for its leadership and sales associates.  Since the inception of NRT’s groundbreaking partnership with NCRC, NRT has developed and delivered enhanced Fair Housing training certification programs to more than 54,000 sales associates affiliated with NRT companies.

NRT’s Fair Housing education program was developed in coordination with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and incorporates NAR brochures, handbooks and an award-winning video as part of the training materials. In addition, Fair Housing education has been incorporated into NRT’s basic training program for new sales associates.
