Shooting incident near schools causes campus lockdowns

Mariner High School and Mariner Middle School are on lockdown this morning due to an active investigation related to a shooting near the schools. Hector Cafferata and Skyline elementary schools are in partial lockdown due to the same incident, reported to be in the 500 block of Northwest 18th Ave. School officials said the incident did not occur on school grounds.
