Traffic update for Wednesday announced
On Wednesday, June 3, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit will target at least one of the following three locations for enforcement:
1. Ortiz Avenue, Fort Myers
2. West Terry Street, Bonita Springs
3. Palm Beach Boulevard (State Road 80). Fort Myers / Tice
Locations are selected based upon high incidents of crashes, traffic surveys and citizen complaints. Preliminary results from activity Monday is as follows:
Citations Issued: 61
Written Warnings Issued: 108
