By Staff | Feb 27, 2009

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing mentally challenged adult. Marissa Boisvert, 18, was last seen around 5:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, near Littleton Road and U.S. 41 in North Fort Myers.

Boisvert is described as a white female standing 5-feet-6 and weighing 170 pounds, with long brown hair, blue eyes and glasses. She does not own a vehicle, but does have her Learner’s Permit. She did not take her cell phone with her when she left her house, authorities said.

Boisvert’s family believes she could be on her way to West Palm Beach. The family used to live there and Marissa still has friends there.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Lee County Sheriff’s Office at (239) 477-1000.
