The following events to be held at Cape Coral Arts Studio, at 4533 Coronado Parkway.
City Hall Exhibit, June 1 through June 29. The exhibit area in the main lobby of Cape Coral City Hall features the artwork of three local artists and teachers, representing the Cape Coral Arts Studio.
Painter and teacher, Ann McCarty Sickels; teacher, Sue Moody, and teacher Joan Roberts.
Southwest Florida Craft Guild, features the clay work of Mike and Carol Natko, June 1 through June 29.
May’s Bouquets through June 12.
A call to Artists for the 17th annual Aquarium exhibit.
Summer 1 class session June 8 through Aug. 1. Register early for classes in the fine arts and fine crafts for adults and youth classes at the Cape Coral Arts Studio.
Fine arts for kids camp June 15 through Aug. 14. The camp is available for children ages 7 to 12. Before and after care is available.
The Cape Coral Arts Studio presents a bead show by the Stone Age Emporium on Saturday, June 20, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The bead show is free and open to the public.

Basket weaving techniques Bonnie Schlocik on Tuesdays from 9 to noon now through June 23
Jewelry design with Lois Johnson on Tuesdays from 9 to 10:30 a.m. now through July 28
Big brush, painterly style: acrylics and oil with Joan Roberts on Wednesdays from 1 to 4 p.m. now through July 29
Creative abstract photography with Florene Welebny on Wednesdays from 1 to 3:30 p.m. June 3 through July 29.
A one day workshop on shell art is offered on June 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with Mady O’Brien teacher. Please bring your lunch.
Beach treasures, a watercolor workshop will be offered on Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with Barbara Broenteman. Bring a bag lunch and favorite seashells

Creative Students Unleashed
Harborside Event Center presents the Creative Students Unleashed, in conjunction with the Community Art Showcase. This exhibition, featuring works by talented lee County high school students, runs through June 10, and is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday,at harborside Event Center in downtown Fort Myers. The exhibition is free and entrance to the exhibition is through the Administrative Office located on Monroe Street.

HOWL Art Gallery
HOWL Gallery presents a new art show entitled “Retro Pop – Comic Book Inspired Paintings by Andy Howl”. The opening reception is May 16,, from 7 to 10 p.m. HOWL Gallery is a new hybrid art gallery that features the very best local and national contemporary artists, and mixes in pop culture such as graphic novels and designer art toys with a custom tattoo studio.
